I have education in Clinical Psychology and certifications in CBT, DBT and SFT. I have worked with diverse cultures and ethnic backgrounds for more than a decade in different clinical settings. Unfortunately, there are a lot of barriers and stigma prevalent in the society around mental health. I got into this work when I discovered these societal concerns and wanted to contribute from my side to break these tangents and support the individuals who are in need of mental health support. There is no such thing as the "best therapist" since it varies from person to person. The best therapist for you is the one who understands your cultural/spiritual beliefs, personal challenges, and someone who is licensed and trained to support you with the challenges you are facing.
