My approach is grounded in the belief that clients are the experts of their own lives. By combining your insights with my therapeutic skills, we can collaboratively navigate the healing process. I am trained and experienced in several therapeutic treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Trauma-Informed Care, Behavioural Modification, and Mindfulness.
